HOW IT WORKS

The Program: Six 90-minute coaching sessions over 12 weeks.
We start with orientation, then work through six core areas of cognitive health, and close with integration review. You'll have homework between sessions—because listening without doing gets you nowhere.
I'll hold you accountable.

Session 6: Recognizing Progress
Celebrating how far you've come and building sustainable practices for ongoing cognitive wellness.
